Overview
Neo Workspace Helper is a private automation utility operated for the account owner and authorized users. It connects to Google APIs only to perform requested productivity and administrative workflows.
Google user data accessed
The app may access the following Google user data, depending on the enabled workflow:
- Gmail messages and metadata needed to find and read relevant administrative emails.
- Google Sheets content needed to create, update, and reconcile workflow summaries.
- Google Drive metadata needed to locate owner-managed files and spreadsheets.
- Google Calendar data when the owner requests calendar-related automation.
How data is used
Data is used only to complete the requested workflow, such as extracting reliable fields from selected emails and writing them to an owner-managed spreadsheet. The app does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, resale, or unrelated analytics.
Data sharing
Google user data is not sold or shared with unrelated third parties. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers strictly as needed to run the private automation environment.
Data storage and retention
Workflow outputs may be stored in the owner’s Google account, for example in Google Sheets. Local logs or working files are kept only as long as needed to operate, troubleshoot, or audit the automation.
Data protection
Access tokens and local configuration are kept in the owner-controlled environment. Access is limited to the minimum accounts and workflows needed for the automation.
Revocation and deletion
Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page. To request deletion of local workflow data or ask privacy questions, contact assistant.ia.gael@gmail.com.
Limited use
The app’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
